Welfare. Ariete focuses on the company’s well-being
Increase the loyalty of employees, build a company culture that is positive and to be supporters of the improvement is continuous. Ariete try to realize all of this investing every day in the exploitation of their resources, and paying great attention to the welfare and targeted actions to the collective well-being. In support of the efforts dedicated to the care of members and employees has recently promoted the compilation of a questionnaire of satisfaction of the company. It is a useful tool for the identification of problems that may hinder the achievement of the real needs of those who live in the Cooperative on a daily basis. The structure of the survey was designed to collect feedback detailed on the following aspects:
- Work environment
- Gender equality
- Professional development
- Balance between work and personal life
- Benefits and support
The questionnaire of satisfaction of the employees is only thelatest step in a series of initiatives undertaken by the company. To seal this commitment to the certification of the management System for Gender Equality, which has led the Cooperative to obtain the UNI/PdR 125:2022.
