For Ariete, the recognition of gender equality

“To have achieved important results in the achievement of gender equality and to be oriented toinnovation, the social welfare and the international growth”.

With this motivation Ariete has gained recognition for companies in possession of the Certificate for Equal Opportunities, which are distinct for the attention to this issue in the context of ‘Tech By Her’, an initiative of Huawei Italy to promote women’s leadership in the digital world.

The award ceremony took place on Thursday, May 25, in the Foyer of the Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari.

Ariete is one of the 305 Italian companies that have obtained the certification for gender equality (read the article Ariete gets the gender equality), goal that it pursues, with the continuous efforts aimed at overcoming the gender gap, just look at the high percentage of women: 415 number of women in the face of 296 male.

“We are committed in building a working environment that is inclusive and non-discriminatory manner, and this award confirms the attention to gender equality”, said Lucia Disabato, president Ariete, which has withdrawn the recognition.
