Focus on the D. Lgs. 231/2001

Dr. Mark Dinapoli, president of the Supervisory board of Ariete, has coordinated the training session with a discussion of the Legislative decree 231/2001, which regulates the administrative liability of legal persons, companies and associations without legal personality, pursuant to art. 11 of the law of 29 September 2000, no. 300. Specifically, it is discussed the general aspects of the law concerning the administrative liability of legal entities, of the objective conditions and the subjective of the applicability of the legislation, the penalties for legal persons, to practical examples and precedent, the structure of the models used, the whistleblowing, and the importance of the code of ethics of the supervisory board and of the disciplinary sanctions.

The training was organized following the third revision of the Organizational Model and code of ethics adopted pursuant to D. lgs. 231/2001.
