Ariete gets the gender equality
Ariete breaks down the gender gap and get the certification UNI/PdR 125:2022 to support the empowerment of women, which attests to the presence in the Cooperative a working environment that is inclusive and non-discriminatory manner.
The document, issued by Rina on October 19, 2022, is the ninth to be issued by the company certification on a national scale.
The standard UNI/PdR 125:2022 , is an international standard that provides guidelines on the management system for gender equality. The practice of reference to be followed, to obtain the certification, provides the structure, and the adoption of a set of key performance indicators (KPIS) related to the policies of gender equality in organizations.
Below are some of the actions taken and planned by the Cooperative:
- programming training activities and information on the issues related to gender equality (example: culture and strategy, governance, HR processes, opportunities for growth and inclusion of women in the company, and the equity remuneration by gender, protection of parenting and work-life balance);
- implementation of procedures for the periodic assessment of the business climate on gender equality (example: administration of questionnaires to the workers);
- adoption of a plan of corporate welfare, including actions aimed at the protection of gender equality;
- posting job ads aimed at both sexes;
- the prevention of any form of abuse, physical, verbal, digital workplace.
