“Ariete, expression of a vision”, closed in positive balance 2021 of the Cooperative

Ariete closes the positive impact of the budget by 2021. The approval was made in the course of the Shareholders ‘ Meeting of may 27, 2022, together with the appointment of the new Board of Directors, which passes from three to five components: Lucia Disabato (president), Pasquale Campanile (vice-president), Angelo Disabato (ceo), Michele Lorusso (managing director), Annapaola Arbore (ceo).

The Cooperative is able to obtain satisfactory results in spite of the persistence of the Covid-19, recording a net profit for the year amounted to 969.576,00 euro.

Between the events of importance to report, that occurred after the closure of the financial statements, Ariete won the first place for one of the best budget for the year 2020 of the Cooperatives that are members of Cooperatives with revenues of less than € 50 million, in the framework of the 23rd edition of the award QuadroFedele2021. The goal of the Award is addressed to the co-operatives are members of Cooperatives, is to promote the growth of awareness of the importance of the role played by the budget and communication, financial and economic statements of social responsibility and sustainability and reward transparency and completeness of data and information.
