Breast cancer, Ariete to the Bra Day of the Oncology Institute of Bari

The “Bra Day”, the international Day of Awareness on Breast Reconstruction, is celebrated every year all over the world and is the event dedicated to women facing breast cancer and undergoing later surgery for breast reconstruction. Many throughout Italy, awareness-raising and information with the aim of spreading the news, correct and complete reconstruction of the breast, to provide women with the full knowledge about the development of the techniques of reconstructive surgery.

Ariete has participated, Saturday, November 9, 2019, to “Focus on the safety of breast implants, face-to-face,” organized by dr. Maurizio Ressa, head of the department for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Istituto Tumori Giovanni Paolo II di Bari, within the event Bra Day 2019. The appointment has allowed us to focus on breast implants and the risks connected to give information to the patients and set their minds at peace. The event saw the participation of a number of doctors and specialists who have given their scientific contribution, giving helpful advice to the audience, cheered by the presence of the conductor Mario Pulpito, and comedian Dino Paradiso

This participation is part of the awareness-raising activities to which Ariete to devote attention through various initiatives aimed at the prevention of cancer: “we Believe in the prevention and reaffirm our full support for the fight against cancer,” said president of Ariete, Angelo Disabato.
