Ariete reached the three-star Rating of Legality: the recognition of the AUTHORITY
Adding a third star to the rating of the legality of Ariete. The Competition Authority and the Market has, in fact, attributed tothe company the maximum score recognition of the important measured in “stars” indicative of the respect of the legality on the part of companies that have applied and, more in general, the degree of attention placed in the correct management of their business.
Recognized to Ariete a rating of legality ★★★ confirming the possession of all the requirements provided for by the laws of 2012 to the release of this certificate.
The company, with the new scores will be included in thelist of companies with a credit Rating of Legality.
In particular, companies with a rating of three stars (must:
- comply with the contents of the legality Protocol signed by the Ministry of the Interior and Confindustria, the guidelines that constitute the implementation of the Protocol signed by the Ministry of the Interior and the Lega delle Cooperative , and at the local level by Prefectures and trade associations;
- use systems of traceability of payments for amounts lower than those established by law;
- adopt a structure that carries out the control of conformity or, in the alternative, an organisational model pursuant to d.lgs. 231/2001;
- adopt processes to ensure that forms of Corporate Social Responsibility;
- be enrolled in one of the lists of suppliers, service providers and performers of works not subject to infiltration attempts by the mafia;
- adhere to ethical codes of self-regulation adopted by the trade associations;
- adopt organizational models to prevent and combat corruption.
