Ariete, prevention is better: all actions in the event of a heart attack and choking

and not only that, promoted by the Group Ariete. Last April 13, was held a lesson inherent in the recognition of the main alarm bells that announce the infarct and techniques to restore patency of the way areas in the case of suffocation.
The course is addressed to the Members and employees of the Group, has been entrusted to dr. Loris Cristofoli, Physician anesthesiologist resuscitator, Trainer national and International and Regional Faculty, American Heart Association, and a member of the Federation of Italian Sports medicine.
Specifically, the topics covered were:
- “Recognize the signs of a myocardial infarction. Signs and symptoms: from precordial pain of constructive type or sense of constriction in the chest with possible pain radiating to the left arm or right until the pain interscapular areas, epigastric or localized at the level of the mandible, with the contemporary potential sweating cold, possibly associated with shortness of breath. Limportance of recognizing these signs is designed to successfully activate the operational centre of the 118, and follow any directions. It is discussed on the need not to carry their own means of transport the patient to the emergency room because there is a network to which day, there are several hospitals with an active service for emergency cardiac care with hemodynamics, both because of potential serious complications would be properly handled only by the operators of the 118.
