Appointed the new Board of Directors of Ariete

Change at the top of the Ariete. December 14, 2023 was unanimously appointed by the members of the Cooperative, the new board of directors composed of the following: Maurizio Galeazzi (president), Lucia Disabato (vice-president), Michele Lorusso (ceo).

The new corporate structure, which goes from five to three members, and combines the skills of external and independent to those of the shareholders and of the employees of the Ariete with the intention to continue to grow and improve. Will be the new president the figure, independent will contribute to the development of the activities of the Cooperative, in continuity with the work of the preceding CdA carried out in the context of the sustainability and the development of human resources. Dr. Maurizio Galeazzi, former director of State Police and Deputy Superintendent of the State Police put themselves at the service of Ariete his many years of experience of work and life.
